In a significant step towards promoting inclusivity and improving mobility solutions for persons with disabilities, Buddy Mobility Care— Above the Limits – a pioneering start-up by Sartaj Lamba—was officially launched nationwide by Member of Parliament, Manish Tiwari. This innovative service is specially designed to provide accessible and safe transportation for individuals with disabilities, featuring vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts and ramps for easy access.

The national launch event, held today, marked a momentous occasion as Manish Tiwari highlighted the importance of such services in enhancing the quality of life for the specially-abled community. In his address, Tiwari emphasized the need for more inclusive solutions in public and private transportation, applauding Buddy Mobility Care for its forward-thinking approach to addressing this gap. He praised Sartaj Lamba and Ojaswwee Sharma for this unique initiative

The service aims to revolutionize mobility for individuals with disabilities by offering point-to-point logistics solutions, ensuring they can travel with dignity, comfort, and ease. Each vehicle is equipped with state-of-the-art features that make boarding and alighting effortless, providing much-needed support for those with physical challenges.

In addition to the launch of Buddy Mobility Care, the inspiring film “Above the Limits”, based on the journey of the start-up and the impact it is making in the lives of disabled and wheelchair dependent individuals, will also be screened nationally. The film showcases real-life stories of individuals who have benefited from the service, bringing attention to the pressing need for accessible transportation options in India.
