On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Smt. Anita Kataria, wife of the Governor of Punjab and Administrator, UT Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, visited his office at the UT Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh for the first time.
On this occasion, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria said that the moment was special and emotional for him.
He said that every woman plays a very important role in the life of her family and life partner. Her dedication, support and encouragement towards the family give the strength to move forward and contribute to the progress of society. He added that the support and motivation of women in the work of their life partners plays a significant role in their success.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, he extended his heartfelt greetings to all women and emphasized the importance of respect, equal opportunities and empowerment of women in society. He said that the progress of women is the foundation of the progress of society and the nation.
